An item that is "Available on Backorder" means that the item is available to buy on our website but we have been advised of a delay in shipping by the manufacturer. Generally, if you order an item that is available on backorder, refer to the description for despatch details or you will be advised of the expected shipment date when we receive your order.
Schedule your bra shopping around every 6 months. This is the general rule of thumb for regular fittings and you should get at least 6 months out of most bras providing that you are caring for them properly. See our section on Product Care for further details.
Our despatch times are between 1-9 working days. Usually our orders are despatched around the 1 to 5 working days mark, but we like to allow up to 9 working days for any unforeseen issues. Please take note of these despatch times when placing your order and thoroughly read the product description of the product/s you are ordering for any despatch delays to avoid disappointment.
