Purchases
When you submit and order to The Boobytrap Warehouse via our website you are offering to purchase those items in your order. Payment details must be submitted at time of ordering. No goods will be delivered without approved full payment.
All products sold on the website are inclusive of GST and all other taxes where appropriate.
Amendments to orders can be made by The Boobytrap Warehouse with the express permission of the customer. Submission of these changes by email or telephone is considered a valid form of communication.
The Boobytrap Warehouse reserves the right to cancel any order it believes to be fraudulent.
The Boobytrap Warehouse reserves the right to adjust prices at any time and without notice before any order is submitted.
The Boobytrap Warehouse reserves the right to discontinue products at any time and without any notice. If a product should become unavailable after acceptance of an order, we will contact you and offer an alternative or a refund and remove that item from your order.
The Boobytrap Warehouse disclaims any and all liability for any failure to deliver any products within anticipated delivery times. Despatch and delivery guidelines are given as a guide only.
The Boobytrap Warehouse does not accept any responsiblity for non-delivery of orders.
Returns & Cancellations
Where products are no longer required due to a change of mind, The Boobytrap Warehouse will exchange or refund via a credit voucher excluding any related postal charges where applicable. If applicable, the original item(s) need to be received back at our warehouse in an "as new" condition.
The cancellation of any order by the Customer, must be submitted to The Boobytrap Warehouse in writing. Acceptance of a request of order cancellation, is at the sole discretion of The Boobytrap Warehouse. Generally, an order cannot be cancelled once placed, paid for and acknowledged by The Boobytrap Warehouse. Where agreement to cancel an order has been reached, the refund of any monies will be in the form of a Credit Voucher to the value of the order.
Removal of any garment tags or labels and/or washing of the garment(s) is deemed as acceptance of the goods.
Faulty goods will be replaced or refunded.
The Boobytrap Warehouse is not responsible for any postal charges incurred as a result of the return of any goods for any reason.
