Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Boobytrap Warehouse, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your purchase. If something isn’t right, this policy explains when returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit may be available.
This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
Returns Policy
Wrong Size or Change of Mind
We offer store credit only for change-of-mind or incorrect size returns, provided all eligibility criteria are met.
Eligibility
- A return request must be submitted within 30 days of your order being disptached
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must show no signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration
🚫 Non-returnable items (for hygiene reasons):
- Bodysuits
- Hosiery
- Briefs
- G-strings
Additional conditions
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Store credit is issued only for approved items and excludes original shipping costs, if there was one
- Store credit will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected
- Items that do not meet the above criteria will be returned to the customer at their expense
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, you may choose either a replacement or a refund, subject to assessment.
Conditions
- Issues must be reported within 5 days of receiving your order
- Clear evidence of the fault or damage must be provided
- We will cover reasonable return shipping costs for confirmed faulty items
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refunds or replacements are issued only after the item has been returned and inspected to confirm the defect
Returns Procedure
To request a return, email admin@boobytrapwarehouse.com.au with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for return
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
📦 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for ensuring items are packaged securely
- We strongly recommend using Registered and Insured Post
- Boobytrap Warehouse accepts no responsibility for items that are lost, damaged, or delayed during return transit
- Items received damaged due to inadequate packaging will not be eligible for a refund or store credit
International Returns
All conditions outlined in this policy apply to international orders.
Please note:
- Returned parcels must be clearly marked as “Returned Goods”
- Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred on returns remain the responsibility of the customer
- Boobytrap Warehouse is not responsible for customs delays or charges associated with international returns
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
