At Boobytrap Warehouse, we want to make sure you feel confident and comfortable in your purchase — because the right bra matters. If something isn’t quite right, we're here to help.

Refunds vs. Exchanges

Refunds:
 We offer full refunds for items that are:

  • Faulty or defective
  • Not suitable for their intended purpose
  • not as described

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note: We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Exchanges / Credit Vouchers:
If you've selected the wrong size or simply had a change of mind, we're happy to provide you with a store credit (in the form of a voucher) for the value of the returned goods.

  • Store credit exclude the original shipping costs unless the order is cancelled before dispatched.
  • Once we receive your return, we'll email your voucher details so you can reorder online.

Free Shipping Orders & Returns

If your original order qualified for free shipping, the value of your return credit will be your purchase amount minus $7.95 (our actual shipping cost, which we cover at the time of purchase).

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • All returns must be must be accompanied by a completed Returns Docket (see below).
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original dispatch date.

Please Note:

  • No returns accepted for items without tags, or those that have been worn or washed.
  • Bodysuits, hosiery, briefs and G-strings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Returns Procedure

  1. Email admin@boobytrapwarehouse.com.au to request a Returns Docket.
  2. Complete the docket in full - returns without it will not be accepted.
  3. Send your return to:

We recommend using Registered and Insured Post. We accept no liability for items lost, damaged, or delayed during return transit. Items arriving damaged will be returned to you and not refunded.

International Returns

All the above conditions apply to international orders.

  • Clearly label parcels as "Returned Goods" to avoid import duties.
  • Boobytrap Warehouse is not responsible for nay customs/import fees charged on returns.

Your Rights

This policy does not override or limit your statutory rights under Australian law.
