Refund or Exchange?
A refund will be given for any goods sold that are faulty or defective, are not suitable for their intended purpose or do not match the description given. The refund will be in the way of transfer to your paypal account or a credit to your credit card. Please note that we do not refund for a change of mind.
Exchange - If you have chosen the incorrect size or have a change of mind, we will happily provide you with a credit voucher to the value of the returned goods (less any original shipping costs*) or the value of the goods due to a change of mind including the shipping costs if the order is an accepted cancellation prior to despatch . When we receive your returned goods, we will email you the credit voucher details to enable you to purchase your replacement items online. *Please note that if you paid by Paypal, you may be able to have your returns postage refunded by Paypal. Refund for Exchanges for items sold with any kind of Free Shipping
If your items were shipped to you free of charge, then we will only issue a credit voucher for your full purchase price less $4.50. This is our cost to ship the item to you and we absorb this cost when we originally ship to lower the cost to you.
Rules for Returns
The Boobytrap Warehouse will only accept returns of unworn, unwashed goods which must be in their original condition with manufacturers tags attached.
All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a completed Returns Docket which must be obtained by contacting email@example.com prior to returning the goods. On receipt of the returned item(s) you will be issued with a credit (less shipping costs) for you to spend on your next purchase or a refund if the item(s) is faulty/defective.
All returns for credit vouchers must be applied for within 30 days of the despatch date.
- No refund or exchanges will be given for items that do not have the original tags attached or have been worn or washed
- No refund or exchanges will be given on hosiery, briefs or G Strings due to hygiene reasons
- The Boobytrap Warehouse will not be liable for any freight charges on items returned to us
- The Boobytrap Warehouse will not refund any postage originally paid to ship the items to you

Should you wish to return an item to The Boobytrap Warehouse, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Returns Docket. This Docket must be completed in full and must accompany any return. Returns sent without this Docket will not be accepted in any circumstance and will be returned to the sender.
The Boobytrap Warehouse accepts no liability for goods that are sent for return or exchange that are lost, damaged or delayed. We recommend the use of Registered and Insured post for the return of goods. Any goods arriving damaged will be returned back to you un-refunded as we are unable to accept damaged goods.
The above terms and conditions apply to all International shipments for return/exchange. International shipments back to The Boobytrap Warehouse, must comply with all Australian Customs importation rules and regulations. Please be sure to clearly mark any international returns with the words “Returned Goods” on the outside of the package. The Boobytrap Warehouse will not accept any Customs or Importation duties that may be imposed by Australian Customs.
The above policy is not intended to override or limit your statutory rights in anyway. All statutes refer to South Australian law.
