Shipping policy
Order Processing & Disptach
All orders placed with Boobytrap Warehouse are processed and prepared for disptach within 9–15 business days.
This processing period reflects that many of our products are sourced internationally and require preparation and quality checks prior to being sent from Australia.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
If an unexpected issue arises that materially impacts your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
Please note:
- Disptach time refers to order processing and sending only
- Delivery timeframes commence after disptach and are determined by the carrier
- Delivery delays once dispatched are outside our control
Customers are encouraged to contact us prior to placing an order if they have questions regarding availability or timeframes.
Shipping Costs - Australia
- Free standard shipping on Australian orders over $150.00
- Flat-rate shipping of $8.00 applies to Australian orders under $150.00
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Once an order has been dispatched, shipping charges are non-refundable.
International Shipping Rates
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
For reference, standard international air mail rates are as follows:
- New Zealand (Zone A): $19.40
- Asia Pacific (Zone B): $24.55
- USA / Canada / Middle East (Zone C): $29.55
- Rest of the World (Zone D): $35.55
All international shipping fees are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD).
Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
Tracking & Delivery (Australia)
Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post eParcel, which includes tracking.
Tracking details are provided via email once your order has been dispatched and can also be accessed through the Australia Post website or mobile app.
Australia Post does not offer Signature on Delivery for standard parcels. By placing an order, you acknowledge that parcels may be left in a safe location at the delivery address.
Once Australia Post confirms an order as delivered, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the recipient.
If a parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we may assist by requesting delivery confirmation details from Australia Post. Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed where the carrier confirms successful delivery to the address provided at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship internationally via Australia Post Standard International Air Mail.
International orders follow the same 9–15 business day disptach timeframe. Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing, which is outside our control.
Unless otherwise stated, international shipments do not include tracking. By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with untracked delivery.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in product or shipping prices.
Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery details are accurate at the time of checkout.
Boobytrap Warehouse is not responsible for delays, loss, or additional costs resulting from:
- Incorrect or incomplete address details
- Failed delivery attempts
- Orders returned to sender by the carrier
Additional shipping fees may apply if an order needs to be re-sent.
