Orders within Australia
Last day to order for pre Christmas despatch is Friday 14th Dec.
Please note that our Warehouse will be closed for shipping from 25th Dec 2018 through to 6th Jan 2019. Accordingly, all orders placed after our 'last day to order' may experience a delay in despatch.
We offer flat rate shipping of $4.50 on all our orders regardless of spend to any Australian postal address using standard Australia Post shipping.
Australia Post eParcel is used for the shipping offer.(Tracking where available auspost.com.au/track.) To Track your items please go to auspost.com.au/track and simply enter the code provided from the shipping confirmation sent to you by Australia Post when your item is despatched. You can also track your items on your mobile with the Australia Post IPhone app, simply download the Free app from the app store. Please ensure that your address has a safe place for the parcel to be left as Australia Post no longer offer the service of Signature on Delivery with their standard parcel service. They are able to provide documentation of where a parcel has been left if there are any problems. You will need to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to access this. We do not accept liability for lost packages.

2. Standard Air Mail (No Tracking) - Zone B ($24.55) Asia Pacific (despatch 1 to 9 Working Days)
3. Standard Air Mail (No Tracking) - Zone C (29.55) USA/Canada/Middle East (despatch 1 to 9 Working Days)
4. Standard Air Mail (No Tracking) - Zone D ($35.55) Rest of the World (despatch 1 to 9 Working Days)
Despatch Time: When an item is showing as available, your order will usuallly be despatched between 1 to 9 business days with most orders despatched by the 6th day. If there are any issues at all with your despatch time, you will be contacted via email. Please note: Some items may have a delayed despatch time. The items affected by a delayed despatch time will have further despatch information in their individual product descriptions. Orders Outside of Australia
For orders outside of Australia, we ship worldwide to most destinations via Australia Post's Standard International Air Mail Service. If you do not see your country on the drop down menu when you check out, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org Delivery can generally be expected within 7 business days to any destination worldwide provided that the customs clearance in the destination country is completed in a timely manner. We have no control over Customs clearance times.Customs and Duties products shipped to destinations outside of Australia may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These taxes are levied once a shipment reaches its destination and are your responsibility. We have no control over these charges and they are not included in the purchase price.
