Dispatch Times
Usual Dispatch:
When an item is marked as available, we typically despatch orders within 1–9 business days, with most orders sent out by day 6. If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll contact you via email.
Elomi, Wacoal & Freya Products:
These items are sourced directly from the UK to ensure you receive the highest quality and latest styles. As a result, delivery may occasionally take a little longer than usual. While we aim to despatch these within 1–9 business days, it may take up to 10–15 business days. We truly appreciate your patience — it’s worth the wait!
Goddess Products:
These Items are sourced directly from the UK to ensure you receive the highest quality and latest styles. As a result, some orders may take a little longer than our usual delivery timeframe. While we aim to despatch within 1–9 working days, certain Goddess items may take between 15-20 working days to be despatched. We appreciate your patience—it's worth the wait!

Shipping Costs
We offer flat-rate shipping of $6.50 for all orders within Australia, regardless of spend. Orders are sent via standard Australia Post shipping.
International Shipping Options (Standard Air Mail - No Tracking):
- New Zealand (Zone A): $19.40
- Asia Pacific (Zone B): $24.55
- USA / Canada / Middle East (Zone C): $29.55

Tracking
We use Australia Post eParcel for domestic orders (tracking available via auspost.com.au/track). You’ll receive a tracking code via email once your order is despatched.
You can also track parcels using the Australia Post mobile app, available free in the App Store.
Important: Australia Post no longer offers Signature on Delivery for standard parcels. Please ensure your delivery address has a safe place to leave your parcel. If needed, documentation of the delivery location can be requested — contact us at admin@boobytrapwarehouse.com.au.

International Orders
We ship worldwide via Australia Post Standard International Air Mail. Dispatch times align with our usual policy, but delivery may be delayed by customs clearance in the destination country. Unfortunately, we cannot influence customs processing times.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price. We recommend checking with your local customs office for further details.
